Cheeky Christmas Turkey & Stuffing Calzone Wrap

- 1 x 10”(25cm) Tortilla wrap, seeded
- 30g Sage and onion stuffing
- 1 teaspoon Cranberry Sauce
- 30g Turkey breast roasted and shredded
- 40g Peppers red, shredded
- 25g Cheeky Cow Half Fat Mature Cheese grated
- 2 tablespoons Coriander chopped
- 2 pinches Pepper black ground
|1||Make up the stuffing to a light mix easy to spread. Pre-heat an electric sandwich grill.|
|2||Lay the wrap on chopping board or clean work surface, cover with lightly made stuffing in the centre, spoon on the cranberry.|
|3||Top with the turkey, peppers and cheese leaving an edge of 1cm (½"). Moisten the edge with a little water to seal the wrap.|
|4||Fold the wrap in half, pinching in the ends to maintain a tight seal the moistened edge.|
|5||Place in the pre-heated grill and grill for 3-4 minutes or until cooked and the cheese is melted.|
|6||Remove, cut in half and serve.|

Cheeky Handy Hint:
Wraps can be given an Indian theme by using Chapatis and sprinkling the filling with a little cumin powder.

To reduce calories by 55 (14%), fat by 2g (15%) and saturated fat by .6g (12%) replace the seeded 10" wrap with a plain 8" wrap.
